Salesforce wanted to put their stake in the ground as the global AI CRM leader with their AI offering, Einstein. The team launched the "Everyone's an Einstein" campaign to show that everyone can achieve feats of work genius (like Mr. E) when they use AI to empower and elevate their work. After the initial launch, our team was tasked with expanding on the campaign to feature a use case with our customer, Formula 1. The Einstein campaign had phenomenal results and also showed that B2B stories can be memorable, effective, and fun.
