The "Extra in Every Moment" campaign is rooted in the idea that every shopping moment is powered by Salesforce to enhance customer experiences and strengthen their loyalty. When Covid hit there was no roadmap for retailers so Salesforce’s holiday data became an important source of information that allowed the industry to stay on top of every shopper moment and pivot as needed. We continued to go the extra mile for the RCG community.
